        I have been using these guys to rent my properties in Summerville, SC for 3 years now and have had a great experience. They have always been very prompt and responsive to handle repairs and tenant issues. When a lease expires and tenant leaves, they are very quick to fill it! I highly recommend them to fellow owners and perspective tenants.

        I would strongly recommend that everyone avoid doing business with this company. I rented a property from this company in Oct. and it has been one of the worst experiences of my life. This company is only concerned about your money. Once you sign a lease they stop communicating with you and refuse to make any necessary repairs to your property. Do business with any other management company but this one!
