Welcome Hair Y'all

Please do not go the this butchery!!!! I say this because this place is not a reputable salon as it claims!!! Went in with a thick head of wavy healthy hair, was told a keratin conditioning treatment would tame frizz and make hair look glossy and be more manageable, walked out With a burnt scalp,flaking itching and burning, fried hair had to cut 3 inches now, and the thousands of hairs that fell out of my head is now growing back and my entire scalp when touched feels like a mans beard after not shaving for two days where it was burned out of my head.. Went to another salon to assess the damage,the ladies were all appalled!!! I went back to the "salon" and was told if was fine and because I had someone else look at it now it was their problem, was kicked out and told never to come back. The owner Debbie Durant after research has done this to many other clients,has a horrible reputation in the hair industry and had I done more research I would never have walked in that place, also it's "happy hour" all day,everyday meaning everyone is drinking nonstop... Not sure if that is even legal having a fully stocked bar for the staff and clients, when the stylist are using chemicals and heating devices on people's hair! If money is an issue scrimp on something else!!! I spent 250.00 on someone to butcher my scalp and hair! I have shown everyone I know and have made it a point to spread the word, please save your self the agony and go anywhere but here!
