Dr. Robbins is professional and communicates with his patients very well. His staff is very cooperative, considerate and communicants very well with their patients.

Over three weeks ago I called Dr. Mark Robbins office in Sun City, FL to make an appointment due to a low Hemoglobin and Hematocrit requested by my GP. The reception at Dr. Robbins' office, Corrine, told me she would call my insurance and then get back to me. We have Medicare and Tricare for Life and can choose our own physician. She never called and out of nowhere comes paperwork, an appointment, sent from Fort Myers and they are in Sun City, FL. When I called today and told her no appointment was made she told me that she found a report from my GP's office and found and appointment two days before Christmas and automatically gave it to me. She said she called which is a lie as we have, caller ID, and answering machine when we are not home and she never called. Also we are retired. Furthermore, my GP gives reports to me and others requesting them within two days. Her response today was, "well I guess you don't want the appointment" and hung up before I could respond. I didn't get to see the doctor, but he should know what is going on, and if he finds this acceptable then he is not the doctor I want to see. I found another office with a very courteous and polite receptions and the appointment was given to me in fifteen minutes. Totally unacceptable!
