Drawing from his diverse experience, sessions may include relaxing Swedish massage, therapeutic massage, myofascial release, structural balancing and integration (utilizing opposing muscle theory and myofascial meridians), guided meditation, breathing practices, lymphatic drainage, trigger points, hot stone massage, energy healing, psychosomatic release, and education in anatomy, physiology, and exercise.
