McDonald's

I ordered 2 hamburgers, small fry and a medium iced tea from this location's drive thru. There were two cars ahead of me. The first car obviously had a somewhat large order that took some time. No big deal. The next car pulls ahead and is told to wait for their order. I pull up after paying at the first window and I was told to pull ahead behind the other car. As time passes, car after car behind me is quickly served and sent on their way. FIFTEEN minutes later both the car ahead and myself are finally given our meals.



A manager came out and handed us 2 free burger coupons. A nice gesture but I've experienced awful service here numerous times in the past year or so and now I will be taking my business elsewhere. This location has shown time and time again that it does NOT appreciate my business or my time. I've been coming to this McDonald's for 21 years. Never again after today.
