flooding - in 2004 the swannanoa

river flooded area businesses by

as much as 8 to 10 feet - scary.

make sure you carry flood insurance!

If you have a lot of heavy furniture, youâ€™ll want to distribute those pieces between multiple containers. Each item should be lighter than the item below it. As you pack the container, youâ€™ll want to use furniture pads, sofa cushions, or pillows to fill empty space.
