I had a refrigerator issue. The owner must not have known much about refrigerators because he put a part on that caused another part to short out. When confronted with the issue he said he would look into it, that the guy at the parts store told him to put the part on. He never got back with me and everytime I call he hangs up on me and will not return any calls. At this point I still do not have a working frig. He cut up the wiring to put his part on, now the certified technician has to order a whole new wiring harness to try to fix our frig. His prices on parts are also extremely high, on a part that I can order from sears parts online for $90, he charged $239, just for the part. I understand markup, but that seems excessive. I would not recommend this guy to my worst enemy. This has been a huge headache. We have paid him over $1000 for repairs and I still have to pay someone elso to come out and fix my frig for at least another $750. If you use this guy, i wish you luck.

This is a great Belleville business. Great customer service skills. Very informative. He won't over charge you. The owner of this company has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry, but they also will inform you of anything that they see as unsafe or prevention. This company actually saved me over $3,000!!! I tell everyone i know about this company!
