We’ve been going there for 8 years and love it! The staff and doctors are amazing!

I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes in the waiting room as this is a first come first serve type of business. While my cat was dying in my arms they proceeded to call people to come in that needed things like shots for their dogs, etc. I went up and asked how many more were in front of me due to my cat dying in my arms. The woman behind the desk said 5 more. I stated I might have to leave because my cat was dying in my arms. She replied "We've been very busy you know". Yes, I was aware they were busy. But doesn't someone who claims they are a hospital tend to the dying ones first. This is just ridiculous in my eyes. I left and sped over to Animal Emergency Hospital. As soon as I got there they grabbed my cat up, who was pretty much a limp rag doll, and rushed to the back with him. They said he would have been dead within 30 minutes. Good thing I left Swartz Creek Vet or he would have been dead. What kind of sense does this make? I don't blame the Vets. They never had a chance to see him. It's their terrible office staff. They would prefer we all wait in line no matter if your animal is dying or not. No other Veterinarian place that I know of would do such a thing. Horrible.

I have had the opportunity to work with several veterinary clinics as an IT person. Dr. Pinkston and his staff - all the doctors, vet techs and office staff are A+, top notch in my book. I take all four of my dogs there, as do several of my friends. Their building inside and outside is clean, and well maintained. When you walk-in, even when they are extremely busy, they are always friendly to you and your pet, taking the time out to play with the animal, and answer all of your questions. If you are looking for a GREAT veterinary hospital, I HIGHLY recommend Swartz Creek Veterinary Hospital. I want to thank you all for such an awesome clinic!!!

Dr Jeff is the best vet I have ever taken my ferrets to. He has been seeing them for a little over two years. Wouldn't take them any places else.
