Dairy Queen

*Just had, by far, the WORST expierence of any fast food or restraraunt facility in my life.*

My mother and I went to the Dairy Queen in Swartz Creek, Mi and ordered sundaes through the drive thru. After paying, the woman who had just taken our cash, made our sundaes. As we were watching through the window, we noticed she had scraped any extra nuts on the counter (with her bare hands) and put them on top of our sundaes. I took the sundaes inside the restaraunt and politely asked if we could please just get new sundaes made because we weren't comfortable eating something that she had just handled, bare handed, after handling the money we gave her. The woman automatically got defensive, and told me if I didn't like what she did, then I could come back after 6pm and speak to a manager. I reiterated that I wasn't asking for a manager, nor was I trying to make a scene, I simply wanted new sundaes that she hadn't physically touched. She shook her head and responded "whatever" and walked away. She looked past me, saw there were other people in line behind me, and told me "you know what, I'm just going you give you your money back so you can just leave". She got the money out of her drawer, threw it on the counter, and dismissed me asking to help the next person in line. I walked back out to the car, where my mom was waiting, and we came across an older man who we found out was a manager. When we addressed the issue with him, beginning with what she had done and explained how horribly I was treated when I confronted her. He blatantly called us liars and said the woman we were accusing had been working there for 20+ years and she would never do something like that. He started raising his voice and physically taking steps toward my mother, advancing with his finger pointed at her face, saying we could just leave. We explained that the last thing we were trying to do was cause a scene, which is why we were trying to handle it as professionally as possible. All we wanted was a
