Overall

This is the second time I have called Valentine plumbing with a weekend emergency. I was told a plumber would arrive between 1 & 4 pm. About 3pm I was called and updated that they were running behind and asked if 4-5pm was ok. Jeremy arrived at 5:10. He was friendly, careful. The work was done quickly and well. The cost was fair. I would use them again.

Very professional, very reasonable pricing, and has always seemed to have your best interest in mind. I had almost forgotten our first meeting with him, at least a year ago, when we needed a new fitting/pipe when we were trying to install our dishwasher ourselves. He let us know that a dishwasher installation kit would include that part and save us the large amount we would have to pay for him or someone else to do it. And on top of that he waved his fee for coming out. We most recently called him out again for our water heater, ended up needing the whole thing replaced and he was out the very next day. Incredible service and very personable. We highly recommend him and will always call him when in need!

Wow, I cannot say enough about how exceptional my service was. We called Balanced Plumbing after hours for a potential gas leak and Paul came as soon as he could. Aside from being kind, he was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and ensured our home was safe for our family. While here, he also took the extra step to check our furnace, toilets, and water softener to educate us on our new home’s systems without trying to sell us on anything - he gave us options.
