I am INCREDIBLY sorry I ever bought plots at this cemetery. This is a one woman show. You can not get past this one particular very fake person that works there. She likes to start trouble and make new cemetery rules. The cemetery ownership changeovers have been horrible. Each one gets worse. Unfortunately the worst part is the service you get. If you ask for a particular person in the office, this one person who answers the phone refuses to let you speak with anyone else. For a while I actually thought she owned the cemetery or had a relationship with the owner. I am now faced with burying another cat (I have human and cat plots there) and I can actually say that as much as I love my cats that the WORST part of them dying is having to deal with the same person over and over. She is a very fake individual who is completely controlling and obsessive with the phones. I was promised when I bought more plots that they would send someone from another cemetery to handle the burials but you can NOT get past this one person no matter how hard you try. She refuses to give you phone numbers for supervisors, owners or even pass you through to someone else working there. She makes sure she answers the phone every time. So sad that the cemetery owners and management are not smart enough to see through this person.
