Just moved in and everything has gone well. Very close to everything and convenient to most everything.

These apartments are under new management and new ownership and so far I have been happy as a tenant. I talked with the owner directly about some things and he was very helpful.

The first review sounded more like a disgruntled employee than an tennant. I live in the Landings as well and the only person I had issues with was the manager before the company finally replaced him. He was rude and did not report issues to the owners until tennants complained to the owners. He was a half-wit that was a jack of all trades but master of none. The children are not an issue either because the children are outside playing as children used to do back in the day...There are no reasons to worry about security because everybody who lives in the Landings works so there isn't much time for people to stand around with idle hands to think up ways to cause trouble.

do not rent here go somwhere else its not worth it.there is no insulation.the walls are paperthin.there is no vent for the stove or bathroom.they rent to anybody.the kids scream and hollar all the time it sounds like a daycare out here and they have no respect for you or your personal space.the gate is broken and stays open so security is kind of an issue.the landlord is cool and a very nice guy,but the owners dont care and live in a different state and have never been out here.the landings has become ghetto and im getting out!
