Dr. Meza, the principal veterinarian at the Vet Care Animal Center, is dedicated to the care and well been of domestic pets. He gives you options as the best way to treat and care for your pets and he will prepare an individualized treatment for your dog or cat. Dr. Mesa and his staff are true professionals that would go out of their way to accommodate the needs of you and your sick pets. I would recommend the clinic if you want to work with people that care about your pets and are fair and balance. They also provide grooming and boarding services.

Last year my dog sparky was attacked by a stray pitbull. My mom took Sparky with half of his leg hanging and bleeding severely and Dr. Meza did the best for Sparky. Of course he was sympathetic and told us that it will cost to save Sparky because he needed surgery. We went through treatment and during recuperation we had to go immediately to another vet and he said Sparky needed amputation and that was his only treatment. He was trying to charge me $2,500 to do so and of course I didn't follow his treatment. Went back to Dr. Meza and within a week in boarding Sparky he was better. Compare with other vets Dr. Meza's pricing is reasonable having pets is a responsibility and if you care for your pet don't refuse treatment. Unfortunately this kind of accidents occur and I know people that have paid a lot more than us with other vets and at the end they lose their pet. My family and I love Sparky and the fact that he went back to being himself thanks to Dr.Meza. Oh and his staff was very friendly.

Dr. meza is the best vet ever...he may at first seem blunt and unemotional. but he truly cares abt the animals..He saved my little chihuahua's (smoochie) life after she seemed that she was going to die.. he really does everything possible...

Very Greatful

My 6 mo old chihuahua (Luke) was attacked by coyotes in my backyard during a peach-black night. He was severely injured in the neck, lungs, stomach, legs, and even got a broken tail. Dr. Meza was quick to diagnose the injuries and to treat Luke. Dr. Meza was very kind and thorough when explaining the care needed. While he showed me the x-rays, his team prepared my dog for surgery.Luke required an emergent reconstructive surgery involving his trachea, diaphragma, and several stitches around his body. The surgery lasted about 5 hours and my dog spent a week in the clinic to recover. During discharge my Dr. Meza communicated well the instructions for caring for my Luke and follow-up. The cost was very reasonable and Luke recovered very well. He is now know by the neighbors as the "Little-Super Dog" and if weren't for a barely noticeable scar no one would ever guess the Luke had fought four coyotes. I don't have enough words to thank Dr. Meza

Dr. Meza saved my "Little-Super Puppy"

by fun fran

He wants to help your animals in any way he can. He can be rough but he tells you like it is. I like a vet that is honest and you can trust. I took my dog two days ago to another vet and he said my dog had the flu. He did not get better and I took him to see Dr. Meza who ran several tests and it came back Parvo.(yes my dog was vaccinated for it)Thank God for Dr. Meza he is doing everything he can to save my pet.

Dr. Meza is a caring vet.

Dr. Robert Collett

Several years ago, a neighbor had kicked my puppy hard, breaking his leg. I had called several veterinary clinics, all of which had huge fees just to see him, before any treatment. My sister told me about Dr. Collett. He charged me only $65. to see him, x-ray, splint & puppy shots. He is a man with a big heart for animals.

I have taken my animals to him, highly reccomend him & have heard other good stories about him. He is awesome.

He has a true love and compassion for the animals.
