Dalaya Thai Cuisine

I noticed a sign last month for Dalaya Thai restaurant, and got very excited for my small town. I love Thai food and normally have to drive 30 mins to an hour to get it, well not anymore! My husband and I stopped in this evening and had a wonderful meal. This little place may not look like much from the outside, but inside you have a lovely, intimate Space. The ambiance is lovely, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are quick and the food is delicious with a beautiful presentation that did not disappoint. It’s fresh and not greasy, which is a major plus that delivers in flavor! We each got a curry dish, the chicken dish was just the right amount of sweet and spicy that won us both over. The pork was definitely a strong contender in its own way. Both were excellent! I’m definitely looking forward to trying more soon. I highly recommend trying it! And I’m sure I’ll be eating here a couple times a month. I should’ve taken a picture, but we honestly couldn’t help but devour it as soon as the charming mismatched ceramics bowls hit our tables...possibly local artist pottery used?
