        Overall

        I love Allstate but David Burrell is the most horrible agent ever! He doesn't return your calls, is incompetent, egotistical, and very condescending. Also come to find out, is holding our policy hostage because Allstate agents own their clients policies and all commissions. You cannot just simply transfer to another agent. Thus, there is no incentive or motivation for them to be a good agent!
