Before I headed into the store to do business, I contacted the store 3 times to ask questions, and each and every time my annoyance of questions was greeted with the most professional, kind and friendly treatment. The store is in a great neighborhood, close To UPS and in the bustling 6th Ave district. Safe and clean neighborhood.

Customer service was tremendous and I was treated very fairly and was in and out really quick. The two guys working greeted me with a kind smile and appreciated not only my business but my time.

I would choose Coen Estate Services over a pawn shop every single day of the week. Thank you very much for the great experience and also the help in a tough time.

This place is as bad as they get. Stay away... Dont waste your time or effort. Pawn shops will offer you 10xs morr money. There is a reason why this places display cases are full of $2 items. This place is a joke. BEWARE

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF TO THIS PLACE! They advertise a list of things that they accept and make out as if they are into buying antiques, collectables etc,. when in fact they primarily want the high dollar stuff that will have a quick sale on their ebay or amazon stores. Things like i phones, high end jewelry etc,. Then they offer the most ridiculous prices. A total waste of time and insult to my intelligence. Your better off going to a pawn shop! Don't say you were not warned.
