Mercurio's Heating & Air Conditioning

Mercurio's was highly recommended to us by our neighbor. We met with Steve to discuss several AC options. He provided us with the documentation required to get the external unit placement approved by our HOA, and followed up with us to ensure we had approval before confirming with the installation team. The installation team was highly professional, efficient, and left our garage in excellent condition. After the installation, we discovered the fan was running 24 hours and asked for some assistance in turning off the fan. Charles came to our house, identified the external timer that was causing the issue in less than a minute, provided to us a quote for an air scrubber that came up during the conversation, and billed us nothing for resolving the fan timer issue. This team of professionals is the best home improvement service team we have ever experienced!

I had some maintenance done on my heat pump. I cannot say a single bad thing about the work these guys did. Specifically, Ed did an excellent job in keeping everything clean, keeping me informed, and also working with my schedule to come out and get the job done. A great experience and I'd definitely recommend these guys!

Very reasonable charges to service our AC unit "a ways out here". Technician made a 2nd trip out on a Sat when I was concerned the first repair wasn't correct and was still pleasant when it ended up all was just fine!

We are very happy with the 3-head Daikin ductless heat pump we had installed one month ago by Mercurio's Heating & Electrical through Tacoma Public Utility's rebate program. We chose them from three bids, based on their follow-up and expertise; Tim was very helpful in the submittal process, and Hank and Mike did a great job on installation! We appreciate everyone's efforts and the results!

Definitely 5 stars in my book. The price for the A/C unit was fairly priced. They have an awesome team of installers. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very meticulous in their work. You can really tell that take pride in what they do. I'm definitely going to Mercurio's in the future for my primary gas, A/C and electrical needs. I highly recommend this company!

My furnace went out the day before Super Bowl Sunday! We were cold and concerned. A call to Mercurio's resulted in a quick response and a fast repair at a fair price.
