Terrible service!!! bad pool cleaning and the staff if horrible. Dont get your pool cleaned by them waste of money. Go to a reputable company like Aqua Quip.

Store is run down dusty, old products sitting around. and bullet holes in the windows. RUN AWAY!! never show up when they say their going to be there. waited weeks for parts. always some sort of excuse!!! if you use them now...fire them!!

We have been told twice that the part we needed would be in on a Monday and they would be out on Tuesday. First, the part finally came in but we had to wait for them to come to the house, second time, the part did not come in on Monday but no one bothered to call us and tell us that so we sat around home all day on Tuesday waiting. We finally called them and found out they would be not be out. Now, we have to be out of town for a few days, so who knows when our problem will be fixed. Probably in the winter when we don't use the pool.

It would be very nice if they would let the customer know that they aren's coming when they said they were....people do have lives and don't appreciate sitting around waiting.
