        Friendly, professional, timely, quality work, great price

        I'm certainly no expert on roofing (If I was, I wouldn't have had to hire anyone, right?), but it looks great. I went up and took a peek. I actually wasn't expecting it to look very nice, just because I've never seen that kind of roof before (EPDM rubber membrane on our flat roof), as far as I know, but it does, it looks great!



        It's rained pretty good a couple of times now, and so far so good. No major leaks. Time will tell if there are any leaks not currently noticeable. But the guys from Dependable Contracting told me several times that if there is any sort of problem, to call them immediately and they'll get here right away and take care of it. We've never hired anyone for a project like this before, so I was kind of worried at first, you know, putting trust in people we didn't know. But it really helped me to relax when they were willing to talk with me, answer my questions, and let me know that they'd take care of any problems that may or may not arise in the future. I'm really glad we went with Dependable Contracting. They've done a great job, and they'll be back next week to make sure the membrane roof has adjusted properly, which let's me know that they care about the work they do for their customers.



        Aside from that stuff, I was impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. Professionalism is obviously important, but I think a lot of people forget about the importance of friendliness. Approachability, that sort of thing. I felt plenty comfortable enough to approach them with any questions I had about what they were doing. That's pretty important to me. They gained my trust, and I felt that my satisfaction was important to them.



        So, all in all, a great roofing experience with the guys from Dependable Contracting. I would recommend them, definitely.
