The worst service I have ever seen in my life. First the woman that answers the phone has a terrible attitude. She will make you want to call someone else right away. The technician said he would have to charge me double for coming out at 4 pm on a weekday. He filled the system with three pounds of coolant and left. The system didn't cool. I notified them very politely twice and have not heard from since. Whoever wrote the good review here was on drugs. This company should not be in the 'service' business. If you want to throw away 208.00 call W&W.

The first tech came out said a valve was bad in the inside unit ordered valve came back said it was wrong asked why someone replaced the outside and not the inside I told him the house and unit are 5 yrs old never been changed said he couldn't fix it sent the so called owner out and he said valve wasn't bad had a Freon leak he fixed, recharged paid 340$ cash never gave 86 yr old grandfather a receipt or invoice the valve they took apart is now leaking unit freezes over 3 weeks later called their office the woman said she owned the company and had no record of repair now I'm out the money have no record and ac still don't work the tech was supposed to call us and never did
