Import Authority

I have had my last three cars repaired at this shop, and I have always been pleased with the results. This is not the "cheapest" shop in town, but you don't get the best technicians for the cheapest price! I am willing to pay a little more for quality service. And they don't make repairs you don't really need! They will let you know which repairs are important and which ones can wait.They have a good guarantee. Fortunately I have not had to use it, but I feel better knowing they stand behind their work.

Went to car dealership who told me engine head was leaking and needed $2,000 worth of major work. Took it to Warren for 2nd opinion. He told me dealer was wrong and needed only minor work. I got extra maintenance done for upcoming trip - whole bill came to $400. highly recommend Import Authority for all car work!!!!

Import Authority is simply the best. They consistently respect the customer by providing only the necessary repairs, and offering suggestions that save future repair costs. Integrity and professionalism is the best way to describe Warren, Clinton and all the staff. They are top dog.
