Be careful with their flat rate billing. had two smalls jobs. Took them about 45 minutes to complete and received bill just under $400 dollars. This came out to about $400 an hour no parts used. Will not use them again.

I have used Mr. Rooter so many times, that I refer to them as Mr. LIFESAVER!  When other plumbers made temporary repairs, Mr. Rooter found solutions.  They have absolutely gone out of their way to help us, even by writing letters to our home insurance company.  Mr. Rooter is a family owned company that focuses on quality and honest workmanship.  Their employees are always professional, drug free, honest and educated.  I wouldn't use anyone else. Anyone with LARGE or small plumbing issues, should really put them at the top of the list to call.  You will save yourself so much time and worry.
