I've been putting off my trip to change my name and get new social security card because the wait is notoriously long. To my surprise I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Tim was very friendly and helpful! Thank you!!!!

Been waiting 2 months now for my husband's application to be approved and it is still on hold despite our having provided EXACTLY what they asked for! And there is no one to turn to, no listing for the persons in charge to go up the ladder - no help for the tax payer who is paying them.
