He charged my parents $7500 to repair their roof. It still leaked. He tried to get them to pay him another $6500 to rebuild the chimney. Fortunately they said no. My brother weather sealed the chimney for basically nothing and solved the problem. There were never any other leaks, the chimney was the only issue. This guy took advantage of elderly people. I suggest you call someone else.

I really hate to write a bad review, but I've got to give Kevin King a big fact ZERO. Mr. King's company wrote a contract for replacing my job at a little more than $18,0000.00. I thought that was terribly high, but I was assured he was a professional. However, the day he came to do the actual roofing job, Mr. King went UP on the price, from $18,000.00 to over $28,000.00 ! Of course, I refused to pay that much. THAT IS AN OUTRAGOUS AMOUNT! YOUR METHOD OF QUOTING PRICES IS RIDICULOUS! Why quote a price and then almost double it the day work is to begin. RIDICULOUS!! I would not recommend this company to anyone! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I GIVE YOU A BIG FAT "ZERO" RATING!

Kevin is a pleasure to work with. I received several estimates from other roofers and he was higher priced however it was well worth the cost. He went above and beyond what his estimate said with NO EXTRA CHARGES! Cleanup was excellent and the roof was done in a timely manner. His crew was very knowledgeable about the roof and was there to help with any questions I had along the way. I would highly recommend Kevin and his crew for any roofing or construction needs. Very professional!

I'm glad I found Kevin King Roofing to replace the roof on my home. I received a number of quotes from different roofers in the area and I was most comfortable with Kevin. He told me what he would do on the estimate he presented me and then he did as he promised. His crew was very courteous and paid attention to detail. They cleaned up the area around the house at the end of each day which was very appreciated. In the end I ended up with a very good roof at what I considered a fair price. I think I have the best looking roof in my community!! Thanks Kevin.
