i was looking for transmission pars for my 4l80e and these guys had what i was looking for and a fair price but thats not why i am writting my first ever review it is because i was having a problem with a snap ring that was not fitting properly these guys went out of their way and measured a snap ring for my 4l80e that belongs in that important location and asked me to do the same not only was my snap ring wrong but they shipped me one at no charge .that to me is why over the top thank you again and i am now driving my 1997 k2500 suburban with 454 again. jack quincy ma 02169
