Chuck comes across as a nice guy when he is doing his sales pitch. He will go the extra mile and seems like a truly different kind of contractor. Prices are reasonable. He is knowledgeable and helpful. It IS too good to be true. Once the contract is signed, a different side comes out. A side of nickel and diming. You will see change orders coming in for anything and everything. They do not do their own work. Everything is subcontracted out. And Chuck does not manage his subcontractors. He lets them walk all over him and therefore you. Hire them at your own peril.‎
