IF YOU HAVE RATS DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS EXTERMINATION ‘COMPANY’!
Best pest control more like worst, they do a consultation to talk about what areas the rats might be in blah blah blah they put on a smile and open their palms wide to TAKE YOUR MONEY.... $250 for ONE RAT.
The money is not the problem because I have no issue paying good money for good service but then only 1 ‘exterminator’ came out and set out only 2 traps .. normal rat traps u can buy at Walmart by the way. NO RAT WAS EVER CAUGHT and I am not being given any warranty, refund, or exchange of service.
This place sucks honestly don’t waste your money.
Tony, is the same guy that takes your money while sitting on your couch during the consultation and at the same time he is also the ‘manager’ is rude and will use offensive words over the phone with you even if you are being nice and civilized to him because he thinks he’s a know it all and I know he is money hungry.
