Lindsay has been with us at Chiropractic Naturally for the past 2 years. She can provide a deep pressure and gentle therapeutic massage and works along with our doctors. Lindsay has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010. She graduated from Carteret Community College in North Carolina with Honors, “Whos Who” Among Colleges and Universities, and a member of Sigma Kappa Delta and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Societies. Lindsay performs a variety of massage modalities to best help relieve the pain patients may be experiencing. The modalities include: Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Therapeutic, Myofascial Release, and Swedish among others. Lindsay’s goal is to help people feel better to the best of her ability. She is available at both the Carrollwood and Town n’ Country Office.

Acupuncture
Since graduating from Chiropractic school in 2016, she has been practicing in the Tampa Bay Area. She graduated from the University of Tampa in 2012 and embarked on her Chiropractic journey a few months after finishing her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She graduated Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2016 with her Chiropractic Doctorate and never looked back. She obtained her Manipulation Under Anesthesia certification in 2018 and is currently working on completing her Acupuncture certification. She continues to attend seminars to further her education, to provide the most recent information and methods for her patients.

Disc Herniation Treatment
Jorge suffers from a lower back disc herniation received during football practice a year ago. He was in the hospital for two days after the injury. Jorge had seen a neurologist and another chiropractor with no results when his mother suggested our office. Dr. Mehta suggested Spinal Decompression and Chiropractic Adjustments. Jorge has followed a treatment plan and feels that “the results I have had are amazing. I am able to get back on the football field again. They treat you like family, and I am always happy coming into the office.”
