Courtesy Collision Center

I went to the collision center three times in the last two months for three different issues. Each time everyone there treated me with an outstanding attitude and total respect for my needs. All my problems were fixed promptly and effectively. Highly recommend this collision center!

My completion date was moved 5 different times. Once my car was finally completed, they hadn't made all the repairs to the vehicle. I took my vehicle back to Courtesy two times trying to explain to them something wasn't right with how my car was running. They were clueless. I had to end up sending my car to ANOTHER company to have them complete the repairs. Courtesy is incompetent. Save your self time-go some place else.
