Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I have been visiting Cracker Barrel since i was a kid and often drive 2 hours out of my way at times from Panama City,FL (where im from) to Tallahassee,FL or Dothan,AL because those are the closest Cracker Barrels and they customer service and food are always great. I came to the Seffner,FL area to take my daughter to the Taylor Swift concert and we are staying right next door at the Country Inn and Suites and i was like "Right On" when i realized there was a Cracker Barrel right next door. I placed a 3 meal take out order this afternoon and went and picked it up and came back to the hotel.It was a pretty big bag so i figured everything was great as it usually always is at Cracker Barrel.Well there was no corn muffins/biscuits,no teas and no gravy on our orders of Chicken Fried chicken,not to mention it was cold.I went back to the store with my reciept and advised the cashier,nicely of what was wrong.She called over her earpiece for some corn muffins and teas and starting to assist the people behind me.There was no "we're sorry",no "hold on please".The muffins/biscuits were brought out but no gravy,i asked for the gravy,it was then brought out and placed on the counter and no one said anything to me so i grabbed them,said thank you and left. My mother placed a Country Fried Steak order later on with a sweet tea and went to go get it.There was no gravy and no tea again so she waited,once again without a im sorry.She got back to the hotel room and took off her top of her take out plate and there were two small dark hairs in her hashbrown casserole. She called the and asked for the store manager who once again did not say "Im sorry,what can we do",he just said " Uh huh,ok"..."but you did get the muffins right".My mother said "yes sir but the customer service was not good and we had to go back and forth 3 times to correct two orders.He just said ok...and my mothers stated "sir its not about trying to get anything for free but is there anything you can do to make up for the poor food quality,the not so great customer service and hair in our food".He stated with a huffy tone that he can give us a free meal but would need the reciept.We didnt even bother. I have been going to Cracker Barrel for over 15 years and this was the WORST one ever,the customer service was AWFUL,the food was AWFUL and the managers attitude was AWFUL..and to make matters worse after the whole ordeal we still never got an "Im sorry." The overall score of this Seffner FL Cracker Barrel location was -10...AWFUL!
