I trusted this guy to help me out with a very high-profile commercial job. The first time we met up to look at the job, he was 45 minutes late. 3 days went by after that meeting and I never heard from him. He finally gets in touch with me so we can schedule to meet with his chemist about some bonding issues there may have been with the flooring, and we set a day to meet. The day of, I called him to confirm. He tells me he forgot. We rescheduled for Friday. Friday I try again to confirm, and end up waiting hours with no word from him. Rescheduled YET AGAIN for today, currently waiting on this guy AGAIN. Zero contact from him. This job has a 3 week deadline and I am running behind schedule because this guy can't keep an appointment and is extremely unreliable. My advice to anyone looking for a professional, this guy isn't it! Terrible communication, missed appointments with excuse after excuse, and very unprofessional behavior. Look elsewhere! Spend a little more money for reliability.
