TGI Fridays

On March 30 I called in a takeout order for TN Whiskey Cake; was told 5-10 mins.
Due to traffic didn't get there until 20 mins later. No greeter at door, so went to
the bar; bartender directed me to the kitchen. Four employees talking at the kitchen door; didn't acknowledge me but scattered when I approached. Lots of employees coming and going (this is a very poor place to have customers wait!). A few minutes later, someone asked if I needed help. He checked on my order and said they were working on an 80-person baseball team order. Two other customers arrived for take out orders. Kitchen door was now almost completely blocked. 25 mins later (now 45 mins after my call), still no cake. I went to the front door to ask for a business card so I could contact the manager. Was told no cards were available. Asked to see the manager; sorry - he's busy on the phone. Having wasted almost an hour for one piece of cake, I left and visited another restaurant. Absolutely terrible service!
