Willow Healing

Oh my god. I am typing this while my husband is driving because I just left what was probably the worst experience of my life. I just left my hour long massage at willow healing. First of all, I told her my problem area when I got there and she started at about 105. She then proceeded to give me the worst massage I have ever had in my entire life while talking. And asking tons of questions during the massage. She completely forgot one of my feet, she scratched me multiple times with her nails, did some weird pinching thing that was terrible. Then sneezed, blew her nose and walked right back over without washing her hands and continued the massage. I'm freaking out. That's not even the worst part. I went out to show her my Groupon. She asked how it was, I didn't want to be rude. I responded with "it was ok, thank you". I didn't want to be rude. She then said "it's ok to be grateful, you can say thank you". She said "it's a 90 dollar massage you just got". I just smiled and handed her my phone. She said "how much are you going to tip" - I said I was going to run out and grab cash from my husband who was waiting right there to pick me up". She said "well I hope he has cash, I only got 15 dollars to do all of that". Then said "I hope you're not going to be ungrateful" and then said "it looks like you are because you bounce around on Groupon buying massages". I said "can I have my phone so I can go please". She attempted to hold my phone back and said "you are ungrateful" and you should leave". I got my phone and she "said leave right now, don't come back, you are ungrateful". I went in the bathroom and threw up. I am so upset right now. I can't believe what just happened. It was terrible.
