Just got another new vehicle from Nick Chevrolet, and I love it. They are super easy to work with and got me out the door the same day. Love this dealership.

I told Randy he made the process Dangerously Easy! From the minute I called around 9:40 am on June 27 to him picking me up in his Corvette because I had no running vehicle and me walking out the door to my new 2016 Equinox I was blown away by the whole experience! Randy is an absolute professional and went above and beyond @ a low point in my life! The Corvette ride was 'Icing on the Cake'!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH NICK CHEVEROLET WAS NOT A GOOD ONE!! WE BOUGHT A BEAUTIFUL CAR FROM THEM IT WAS A NEW/USED KIA. THEY SOLD US THE WARRANTY THEY FELT WE SHOULD HAVE. 7 MONTHS LATER THE OIL SWITCH IN THE MOTOR WENT AND IT WAS NOT COVERED. THEY MADE ME TOWE THE CAR TO THEM TO MAKE SURE IT WAS NOT AN OIL FILTER. THEN THEY WANTED THE CAR PICKED UP AND TOWED TO KIA DUE TO THEM NOT HAVING THE PARTS TO FIX A KIA. THE UPPER MANAGEMENT STAFF AND THE SERVICE MANAGER WHERE RUDE, THE ONE PERSON IN THE SERVICE SECTION SAID IF THE CAR WAS NOT TOWED OUT TODAY HE WOULD CHARGE ME FOR MY CAR BEING THERE. WHEN SPEAKING WITH THE OFFICE ABOUT EVERYTHING GOING ON THEY PUT ME THROUGH AND INTERIGATION ON A TELEPHONE CONFERENCE. THEY OFFERED TO THROW $75.00 TOWARDS SOME OF THE COST. THIS NIGHTMARE COST ALOT AND THEY NEVER GAVE ANYTHING TOWARDS THE COST. WHAT THEY NEVER TOLD ME WAS THE CAR COULD HAVE BEEN TOWED TO KIA INITIALLY. THEY WANTED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS NOT AN EASY FIX AT MY EXPENSE.

What a bunch of true service professionals. I had a pretty complex service issue and they resolved it right away. Plus they even washed and returned my car to my home. You guys are the best and please " give nick a try!" You won't be disappointed .

Nick Chevrolet really depends more on customer now than in the past.



If they don't have the pkg. you want, they will work with you and find it somewhere else. If they do have what you want, you'll find their pricing IS the best in the area.



I Highly recommend working with Ray Armitage if time isn't on your side. Ray keeps you updated on your interest and looks for your dream car if they don't have it. Ray really tries to keep his customers happy and he does in the end.
