        terrible customer service

        My son bought a laptop from Aaron's on Washington Street Taunton MA. The laptop broke a week later. They refused to exchange it or give him his money back. When I went to go discuss it with them, the store manager told the employee to not even bother to talk to me (while he was standing outside smoking a cigaret) my son was next to me and they said to bad, they wouldn't even talk to use.
