        This car wash Damaged My Car severely today. It ripped the rocker-board completely off my car!! When i reported it to the service manager I was ridiculed and treated like i was a liar. I have a recording of the owner yelling at me that i cant have a refund and that he is not willing to do anything for me at all. What crappy service and not to mention that I was approached by the employee prior to paying and he asked me 3 times to leave a tip. It cost $6 + a tip and my car still looked dirty + broken, **WARNING** CAUSES DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE

        Wash is kept very nice and updated, employees atr helpful and car always comes out clean. Love the waxes and tire shine. The unlimited car wash plan is convenient and saves me money too

        Eric, this alleged damage occurred well over 1 year ago, I remember speaking with you about it and offered to simply put the rocker panel cover back on the vehicle without investigating whether it even happened at the car wash or not. While I thought this was resolved, apparently it is not so please call me at (734)479-2828 and I will be happy to look into the matter again with you.
