A great utility company that always cares about the customers

I was set up on a power outage plan with the lady named Judy and today I come home to my power off and them lying and saying that they never received any payment when my bank account says a payment it's December 2nd it is 27 degrees out I have a two-week-old baby talk to these people on the phone since I'm low income I don't have much money to give they basically told me to go f*** myself and they are going to let their manager know and get back to me so it's good to know that DTE doesn't care about the well-being of children or their customers so now I got to let a 2 week old baby sleep in a 40 degree house and pray to God she doesn't get sick and seriously injured got to love DTE thank you Judy the boss at the billing center thank you very much you are not a very good help
