Leo’s Coney Island

Wish I could give it a lower rating other than one star! I loved when this place opened, couldn’t wait to go. Last two times I’ve got carry out my order has been wrong! Shouldn’t be that hard when there is no one in the restaurant, gotta love calling back to tell them they messed up and they say “well you need to bring the food back” well no crap! I’m coming back to get it remade the right way. So go back to get the food and it wasn’t remade. Had to sit there and wait while they ask me three times what I really wanted. Only to get home and get stale old chicken! Forever lost a long time customer! Oh and the butter on the bread, asked for a manager and no one showed up, turns out the manager was helping us he whole time and never introduced herself, OH! But our names are in the book so we can get the same crappy thing that we had so much problems with before. Need to step up your service- I’ll go to the one on telegraph before I come back here again!

I would not recommend this place after the horrible service they provide. Bathrooms were nasty. Manger argued about taking meal off of bill after it was made wrong more than once. Food is sub par. Service is worse than food. Bad experience. Go to the Senate they are much better.
