Tel-Wick BP 24 Hour Towing & Auto Repair

My son got into his first accident out in Monroe. The snow was coming down like there was nobodies business. Road visibility was maybe 1/2 mile and wind gusts were 35-45 mph. While all other companies told us no they couldn't go out that far and they were in the area; these guys were the only ones that didn't hesitate to ask where and quote a price. I am so grateful to them! These guys went out there and brought my son's car all the way back to Southgate without batting an eye. Thank you!

Avoid at all cost!! Liars, rude, and not professional. I wouldn't let these people put air in my tires let alone do anything else.

Call somewhere else! They pull prices from their a**. We live less than 1/8 of a mile away, (I can see from my house) wanted a vehicle towed to Bills Transmission, literally right next door to them, was told Taylor area $60 flat rate, checked with husband, knew it was high price but decided next day to just do it, they ask for make, color, what's wrong with it (gee it's going to a trans shop), answered all questions, told them it was in my drive way, and was told $90....not sure if gender had to do with it but come on, really!

I used to go to this Gas Station regularly when I lived closer. Very busy location and a convienent stop, never have to wait very long. Recently I ran out of gas in the middle of telegraph, a day before payday. I called AAA to have them bring gas but even after being a member for 10 years they wanted me to pay for the gas (which I couldn't, otherwise I would have never run out of gas!). After hanging up the phone with AAA, within one minute I received a call from this station - Tel-Wick, and they told me they would hate to leave someone stranded. They offered to pay for the gas, and bring it to me. At the time they had no idea who I was, didn't know that I frequented their station and out of the kindness of their hearts came and saved the day. I had no money and no one available to help me, I thought I was doomed. This is something I will never forget, thank you!!!!

I have been helped twice now in the past 3 days by Tel-Wick and my driver, Brian, was absolutely fantastic! ! He provided excellent service both times. I thank him very much

Girlfriend locked her keys in her car on a Sunday night and they came out within 20 min and only charged $50. Very grateful!

These people specialize in fixing one problem then creating another one. If I were you I'd go to we'll known and certified mechanic. But if God forbids that you ever have to come here PLEASE do not let your car stay over night. Watch them.

I've ended up using their services 6 times over the last year. They've been fast, friendly, and helpful every single time.

Fixed my car. Cool their labor is a little high but what was really messed up is that they took two of the fuses out of my relay box to try and get me to come back. My headlights worked fine then when I left the brake lights were out. They told me to come back tomorrow and theyd look at it. So I noticed my headlights out. What do I find... missing fuses. Dont go here

These guys are fast ! i recently had to use my AAA roadside for a tow they contacted tel-wick bp tow service and the driver called my cell 3 mins later already on his way making sure he was heading to the right place and before i could turn around here came the tow truck very friendly and helpful he took it back to their garage and replaced a tire for a very reasonable price i went back the next day with a different tire and wheel i had a different guy help me and he was also very friendly and took care of my wheel in just minutes great and fast service these guys rock
