Sterling Cleaners

They had misplaced 2 of my wife's expensive evening gowns for 9 months. Several times i stopped in requesting my belongings the owner informed me they don't loose customers belonging and give them more time to locate them. When they finally had found the gowns i came to retrieve them about 3 weeks after they had called me. I didn't want alert other customers of the mishap, so when I came to pick up the gowns i politely smiled with the owner of the shop and waited untill other customers left before speaking with an employee requesting to speak with the owner of the shop. I requested a discount off the $50 bill as i had to purchase a replacement gown for my wife. The lady went to the back to speak with the owner and returned informing the owner was unwilling to speak to me and no discount would be extended to me. I politely informed.the lady I would pay the bill, but i would post my experience online. The lady said to me "get my facts straight" as i took too long to retrieve my belongings after they called me. The employees were unapologetic and I felt very mistreated. As I stated initially I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt to rectify the situation but sinse I was treated soo poorly I've decided to share my awful experience with others.

I saw my father build his business from scratch. It was a small delicatessen on 26th and Broadway in the city. His service was different than any other deli, because he mastered his customer service. He addressed his customers by there first name and knew what they wanted, how they liked there coffee and what time they would come and he would have it ready. I've seen this being built from scratch. Now what I've seen, I'm experiencing at Sterling Cleaners. Every time I come to the store I am addressed by my first name, which is atop the exceptional dry cleaning service. I called in to check on the status of my order and for the first time experienced customer service to perfection. I was addressed by my first name over the phone and immediately was told to come by that the order will be ready for pickup. I was speechless, and 100% convinced that there is no other place where I can get exceptional dry cleaning fit for kings, but I will feel like one as well with the exceptional customer service that they provide to each and every customer.
