A company you can count on as usual! A certain individual is pleasant, kind, always courteous and reliable as well. Hardworking, cooperative and trustworthy are my thoughts on this particular technician and that individual whom has resolved a couple of issues that I had is Kyle. He was on call those particular times when I had some issues at my home (which I might add was resolved quickly) and less expensive than other quotes I inquired about. Glad to know there's a company out there that I can rely on and trust as well. Definitely will contact again if any unforeseen issues arise. Kind Regards, a dedicated client :)

They would get a zero if I could. The 2 men that were sent out seemed shady to begin with. I am a single lady and they took advantage. They tried to get me to make out 2 checks. One to them and one to the company. I am a pretty handy lady, so I was more knowledgeable than them. Upon calling the company, they were unaware, but I received no return phone call like I was told I would. Worse thing is that neither clog they came to open was fixed and I am left having to probably get the police involved to report it, beings I had criminals in my house alone. I'm worried there will be things I notice missing down the road, as these guys obviously had no morals and no background checks. Just in case something goes missing. DO NOT HIRE IF YOU ARE A SINGLE WOMAN LIVING ALONE. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT!!!! Actually, I wouldn't hire no matter who you are. Nobody should be put in a situation like that, no matter who you are!!

We had clogged the toilet late Sunday afternoon. The toilet had overflowed and was leaking through the ceiling to the kitchen from the upstairs bathroom where the clog had been. (Slip and Slide in the kitchen was NOT fun!) After turning off the water, we found Captain Clog on YellowPages.com under plumbers in the Reading, PA area. They were the only listing that had 24 hour emergency services available. We called Captain Clog around 5p.m. and they were here within the hour. They quoted us an extremely low price for a Sunday emergency service, and after fixing the toilet, the price was only 10 dollars more than what was quoted (the extra 10 dollars was for new parts put into the toilet)! Both men were very courteous and efficient. They even cleaned the toilet after finishing. We would recommend them to anyone who has plumbing problems, whether it is an emergency or not!
