This is a great trainer and very well educated guy. Anything I had a question on he knew just like that. He was real sharp. Excellent trainer and very good guy in general. I can't think of a better trainer to work with and I've had 4 different trainers in my lifetime. His workouts are very nice. Varied and engaging. We've been jogging through the mud, flipping tires, doing cardio bootcamp, kickboxing, and so much other stuff. I lost 52 lb and I've been working with him for 1 year.



Cons: He's a bit expensive compared to the other trainers around here. He is about 15-20 more per hour than other trainers in the area but he offers some seasonal discounts so ask him about that. You do get what you pay for though and I'm glad I have john as my trainer.
