Carus Kids

Make sure you talk to your insurance before going. I was mislead and now cannot afford the braces that I need for a bite correction. I even asked the tech are you sure this is approved. According to her all was ok. Week before braces I get the call I have to pay full amount. Really

For the most part Carus kids provides great care for the kids but when it comes to being available during a crisis/ emergency I defininetly don't recommend them. I mean when you have a terrible toothache us as adults want to see someone NOW so of course for our kids when you can't even get your phonecall to go through that's pretty bad. Just a busy signal all weekend and the holiday weekday long. I believe there should at least be a message relaying what we should do since they are not available. To me a busy signal just tells me- it's the weekend or a holiday don't mess with us and take the phone off the hook. Come on Carus ya'll already provide excellent care to our kids but please bring up this end of the bar. Sorry but when you're a desperate parent we don't think of the good just the bad.
