        BEWARE!!
        Worse experience of my life!! We lost 3 months and our $1000 deposit. He constantly ignored us for weeks at a time (multiple times mind you),The architect has never come out to the property, and refuses even when we begged him to do so- when the plans had serious problems (like the new garage is actually sitting on top of our current pool). We wait weeks and weeks after repeated and unanswered requests for updates- he finally sends revisions with stuff we didn't ask for and ignores items/changes we did ask for. STAY AWAY!!!
