        Check inside your sandwich for plastic and paper before you leave the window. If you don't be sure and keep the receipt. If you just call in they take your info for the "book" so you can come in at a later time and they will make it right. Of course when you come in at a later time, they will have no record. Then you must come back at a later time and talk to the Manager who is only there in the morning. Avoid at all costs, there are reputable birger joints all around.
