Our truck went in for a blown head gasket . Price quoted $3,000. After 9 months and $15,000 it had to be towed to ford to be fixed .BEWARE

I recently called and got a quote for a particular job from the owner of this business. Two days after leaving my car at this shop I received a call from a man saying he was the owner's son and my car needed a list of things done or another engine. When I declined the service do to the increase of cost from $400 to $2800 he told me I owed him a diagnostic fee in order to pick up my car. At no time did I ask for a diagnostic but I had to pay the fee in order to pick up my car. Out of curiosity I called the local dealership to see what they charged for the same service and it was a substantial amount cheaper than what this shop was charging me. If you decide to do business with Crown Auto & Truck, I suggest you do so with extreme caution.
