I am a car collector and have been going to Rich Gravels for the past year. He initially repaired and painted a Mustang Shelby GT500 regarding some minor damage. Car is Black and a color that shows every imperfection. It came out flawless. A few months ago I hit a turkey on RT 8. with my Chevy Avalanche. Amazing the damage a turkey can create.The damage was to the front plastic bumper and nose. I stopped to get a quote. Rich asked me if I had a few minutes. He pulled the the truck into his work area

I've used this shop a number of times and I have nothing but positive experiences. Rich is an awesome guy and a straight shooter, he is not looking to take you for all your money and will offer alternatives that are considerably cheaper in cost not quality. Every time I have dealt with them the customer service has been professional and friendly. I feel like I am talking to a family member or friend not just a business owner. I highly recommend them for any work done and they have a lifetime customer in me, they do quality work at a VERY reasonable price and they stand behind all the work they do. It is by far the best body shop I have ever dealt with anywhere.
