You don't know the story so stop lying. Jonathan did help her and yes he loves to actually talk to customers like they are his friend and not like they are a dollar sign. If you had a bad experience with him, then why didn't you speak up. Being scared and hiding behind writing online comments will not help your sickness. Tire pros is the place for tires. Nice young lady at the front counter. Rare to see a woman at a tire store. She impressed me with her tire knowledge. All women should feel this comfortable when buying tires. Call her and get an honest quote. I did and I traveled from Simi Valley.
