Are you looking for sciatica relief? Disc herniations often lead to pressure on the nerve resulting in pain and Inflammation of the sciatic nerve causing the condition known as sciatica. Sciatica (aka lumbar radiculopathy) affects the nerves (i.e., L4 – S3) that exit from the lower back and travel down the leg. (Radiculopathy in the front of the leg affects the femoral nerve and is far less common).
Whiplash
If you work in a job that requires the use of a vehicle, there is always a risk of a motor vehicle accident injury. Work-related automobile accidents can result in injuries ranging from mild cuts and abrasions to broken bones and severe whiplash.
Arthroscopy

Frozen Shoulder
Frozen shoulder results in a painful loss of motion in the shoulder with a tightening of the shoulder joint that severely limits motion. It is also known as “adhesive capsulitis.”

TMJ Dysfunction
There is a possibility that you may have TMJ dysfunction if you have problems with your jaw. Do you have a hard time chewing or yawning? Do you feel pain in your jaw? When you open or close your mouth, do you hear a click? If so, you may have a TMJ, or “temporomandibular joint dysfunction.”

Achilles Tendonitis
Achilles tendonitis is commonly associated with an overuse-type injury or a repetitive stress injury. Tendinitis occurs when the tendons become inflamed, resulting in swelling and pain, especially with movement of the affected area.
Ankle Sprain
The severity of the injury will determine the degree of pain, inflammation, ability to move the joints, and the time frame for healing and recovery.
