        I'm writing this email in hopes that Kelly Allen will see and read the things I have been going through with the following office WARREN !!!!!!!!! I have been told that I am not able to pick up my daughter's perception so I send my sick mother who was at an appointment at the Cancer center in WARREN just for them to say that it was not able to get picked up due to the fact it was not signed by the Doctor so now I am not able to get the
